Professional Background

Pat practices predominantly in criminal law, and appears in trials and appeals for both the defence and the prosecution. He has particular experience in federal and commercial crimes. 

Pat also has experience in employment and industrial relations.

Prior to signing the bar roll, Pat was an Associate to Redlich JA in the Court of Appeal.  Before that he was a commercial litigator with Minter Ellison. He was admitted to practice in 2005.

Pat holds an Indictable Crime Certificate, and is on the Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Trial Counsel List.
